As a recognized national accredited service agent for international manufacturers and suppliers, you are also guaranteed original spare parts.

TECHNICAL SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS ON NEW EQUIPMENT

Our customer support program is designed to help you protect the value of your investment by maximizing the useable life of HERAIS supplied products and the availability of the equipment & furniture in your place.

We offer Service Level Agreement on a wide range of new equipment purchased from HERAIS. The Service Level Agreements include full comprehensive servicing and repairs, including spare parts, for up to two years. Service Level Agreement customers are assured of priority scheduling, faster response, and access to all the experts that are available to us within our regional, national, and global network.

TRAINING

End-user training is given on HERAIS products, furniture & equipment sold by HERAIS as required. We can also organize workshops and seminars on various topics related to our HERAIS products and HERAIS TOTAL SOLUTIONS.

INSTALLATIONS

All Furniture, equipment or any product sold by HERAIS includes installation. Our technicians are all qualified to install all our furniture and equipment.
